Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Music Ministries Director to oversee and lead our thriving music programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong musical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to inspire a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance overall music ministry.
• Create engaging music experiences for the congregation.
• Develop and implement techniques for team building and motivation.
• Continually expand personal and team knowledge of music theory and application.
• Evaluate and adapt program approaches based on feedback and experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Music or a related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in music leadership, preferably in a religious or non-profit setting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience composing or arranging music: Ability to create original music and arrange existing pieces for different ensembles.
