Job Description

We are seeking a talented E-commerce Manager to take charge of our online sales strategies and manage our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving online sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute architectural plans for residential, commercial, and public projects.
• Coordinate with local authorities to ensure all project permits and approvals are secured.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility throughout the building process.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials and finishes based on design intent and sustainability.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to convey progress and gather feedback.
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote the firm and build professional relationships.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural practice

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Building Codes Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Chartered Architect
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in 3D modelling software: Experience with software like Rhino and Grasshopper for complex designs.
