Job Description

We are seeking a talented Creative Director to lead our dynamic team in Edinburgh. You will be at the forefront of our creative processes, ensuring that all projects are delivered with excellence while inspiring and guiding a team of designers and artists. Your expertise in art direction and branding will be vital in shaping the visual identity of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of creative concepts, ensuring they are executed effectively.
• Work closely with account managers to align creative output with client strategies.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and encourage team participation.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, including photographers, illustrators, and vendors.
• Present creative proposals to clients and stakeholders, articulating design choices and strategic rationale.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant area is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency environment.
