Job Description

We are seeking a Liquidator to manage the process of company liquidations, ensuring compliance with legal standards while representing the interests of creditors and shareholders. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in insolvency law and a proven track record in asset management.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and report on the company's financial status during liquidation.
  • Oversee the sale of assets and ensure maximum recovery value.
  • Distribute sales proceeds among creditors and shareholders as per legal entitlements.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • File necessary legal documents and reports with authorities.
  • Lead a team of financial professionals through the liquidation process.
  • Advise stakeholders on their rights and the liquidation process.
  • Participate in court hearings as required.
  • Ensure that all liquidation activities comply with the legal regulations.
  • Conduct meetings with creditors to discuss the liquidation process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA) preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years in a liquidation or insolvency-related role.
