We are seeking a qualified Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will provide high-quality veterinary care, diagnose and treat animals, and work collaboratively with our skilled team. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions in pets.
  • Perform routine surgeries and emergency procedures.
  • Advise pet owners on preventative care and health management.
  • Maintain a compassionate and reassuring environment for pets and their owners.
  • Work alongside veterinary nurses to ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Participate in preventative health programmes.
  • Help with client consultations and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated with advancements in veterinary medicine.
  • Support the practice in meeting business goals.
  • Uphold the clinic's standards for quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field
  • Post-graduate qualifications in veterinary surgery preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a veterinary surgeon
