Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Birmingham team. As a crucial part of our design department, you will work closely with our development team to create user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of design principles, user research, and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Translate user insights into actionable design strategies.
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to showcase design ideas.
• Conduct usability tests and provide design feedback based on user interactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and enhance the user experience.
• Maintain an organised repository of design files and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and research
