Job Description

Join us as a Line Supervisor where your leadership will guide our production team in achieving operational excellence. This role involves monitoring production lines, enhancing productivity, and implementing safety procedures to create a safe working environment for all staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the production team in meeting daily targets and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
  • Address employee concerns promptly to maintain team morale.
  • Utilise lean manufacturing principles to maximise efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between production and management teams.

Requirements

Education
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A relevant vocational or technical qualification in production management is preferred.
Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in production line supervision or a similar role is required.
