Job Description

As a Retail Space Manager, you will oversee the management of retail spaces, ensuring that layouts are optimally designed to drive sales and enhance customer experiences. You will work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to implement retail strategies that align with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective store layouts that increase sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Utilise customer insights to inform space management decisions.
  • Train staff on effective merchandising techniques and layouts.
  • Collaborate with store managers to assess areas for improvement in customer engagement.
  • Implement seasonal changes to layouts to adapt to trends and customer preferences.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to upper management on retail space performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships regarding in-store promotions and merchandising materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations or management
