Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Accountant to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining our financial health and advising clients on financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies to optimize performance.
• Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures.
• Prepare for annual budgets and review forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis and report findings.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders for audits.
• Monitor cash flow and analyze financial data.
• Train and mentor new accounting staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Master's degree in Accounting is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a managerial role

Certifications

• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
