2D Animator

Job Description

We're seeking a talented 2D Animator to join our creative team in Paignton. In this role, you'll have the chance to bring characters to life, working on a variety of exciting projects while contributing to the overall artistic vision of our studio.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate characters for various media platforms.
• Utilise software tools to create motion graphics and visual effects.
• Contribute to the pre-production process by developing storyboards and animatics.
• Collaborate in team settings to deliver engaging animations that meet client requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Animation or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of commercial animation experience

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Storyboard Development
• Character Design

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Effective Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Game Design: Experience in game design will be considered an asset.
