We are seeking a meticulous Pre-Assembly Printed Circuit Board Inspector who thrives on ensuring quality. In this role, you will inspect PCB components, ensuring they meet stringent specifications prior to assembly. Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of PCB components before assembly.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to promptly address defects.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inspections and results.
• Support the implementation of quality assurance initiatives.
• Conduct routine testing of components to verify functionality.
• Assist in training junior inspectors and staff as needed.
• Monitor and maintain inspection equipment to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Certification in electronics inspection (IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001)

Languages

• Experience with automated inspection tools: Familiarity with automated tools used for inspecting PCB components would be valuable.
