Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Systems Analyst to join our team in Liverpool. In this role, you will work closely with users and stakeholders to analyse system requirements, manage data flows, and ensure efficient IT support processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate operational issues in collaboration with team members.
• Define project scope and objectives in alignment with organisational goals.
• Document workflows and processes for system improvements.
• Implement best practices for data handling and management.
• Review and manage project risks and challenges.
• Maintain updated knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in IT.
• Foster strong relationships with users to understand their needs.
• Support the IT Manager in strategic planning and budgeting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Professional certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems analysis
