Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor various woodworking machines in the production area.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Be proactive in identifying process improvements to enhance product quality.
• Assist in training new team members on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance to address any mechanical issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of production runs and materials used.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
