We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Electronic Equipment Assembler to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling electrical components and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications accurately.
• Apply layers of composite materials to molds based on guidelines.
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout the assembly process.
• Maintain production equipment in good working order.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during production.
• Support training of new team members as needed.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience with hand tools
• Quality control techniques

Soft Skills

• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience using automated equipment: Hands-on experience with equipment used for assembly and production.
• Knowledge of safety standards: Understanding of industry safety protocols and practices.
