Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and designing mechanical systems and components for various projects. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective product development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet project goals.
  • Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Evaluate the performance of existing designs and propose improvements.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Professional engineering certification is advantageous.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or product development roles
