• Implement and adapt educational activities to meet varying needs.
• Document child observations and significant events.
• Establish effective relationships with children and their families.
• Participate in team meetings and share best practices.
• Support children's independence and self-esteem.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the childcare facility.
• Be proactive in attending training sessions to enhance skills.

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
• Child Development Knowledge In-depth understanding of child development principles.
• First Aid Certification Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy Ability to understand and share the feelings of children.
• DBS Check
• English (Fluent)

• Knowledge of behaviour management techniques.: Experience in applying effective behaviour management strategies.
• Proficient in a second language.: Ability to communicate in another language, which can benefit children from diverse backgrounds.
