We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Childcare Workers to join our team in London. In this role, you will provide care and support to children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that promotes their development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a safe and enjoyable experience for children.
• Implement and adapt educational activities to meet varying needs.
• Document child observations and significant events.
• Establish effective relationships with children and their families.
• Participate in team meetings and share best practices.
• Support children's independence and self-esteem.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the childcare facility.
• Be proactive in attending training sessions to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field.

Experience

• Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting for at least 1 year.

Technical Skills

• Child Safeguarding
• Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

Soft Skills

• Team Player
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Food Hygiene Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of behaviour management techniques.: Experience in applying effective behaviour management strategies.
• Proficient in a second language.: Ability to communicate in another language, which can benefit children from diverse backgrounds.
