Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues affecting VoIP services.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the support process.
Document technical procedures and solutions for internal use.
Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and improvements.
Evaluate new VoIP technologies and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Telecommunications
Master's degree is a plus
