As a Watcher, you will play a crucial role in monitoring designated areas to ensure safety and security. This position involves vigilant observation, responding to incidents, and working closely with team members to maintain a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to security operations.
• Assist in conducting training sessions for security staff on best practices.
• Engage with the local community to promote a safe environment.
• Coordinate with the team leader to develop security plans for events.
• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss security measures and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Valid SIA Security Guard License

Experience

• Experience in a similar role within a corporate or public sector environment is desirable
