Job Description

As a Rolling Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the finishing process, responsible for operating machinery to ensure that rolls are produced according to strict quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be adept at troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery for roll finishing processes.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control.
• Package and prepare finished items for distribution.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Mentor new staff on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors on production progress.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
