Job Description

We are seeking a talented Home Designer to create innovative and functional design plans for residential properties. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver high-quality designs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines.
• Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and collecting feedback.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Implement sustainable design principles wherever possible.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive design experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in residential design is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Building Codes

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Client management

Certifications

• LEED Certification (Optional)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to create 3D models and visualizations: Proficient in using software to create visual representations of designs.
• Previous experience in project management: Experience in leading design projects from concept to completion.
