Job Description

As a Conveyor Operator and Tender, you will play an essential role in setting up and operating conveyor systems that are vital to our healthcare operations. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in all processes, contributing to the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conveyors for daily use and assist in loading and unloading materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the conveyor systems efficiently.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth material flow.
• Monitor conveyor performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
• Document all maintenance activities and report to management regularly.
• Assist in emergency situations, ensuring the safety of all personnel.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Support team efforts to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Adhere strictly to safety and operational guidelines at all times.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss updates and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in healthcare or medical facilities is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of health and safety protocols
• Knowledge of electronic bed control systems

Languages

• English: Fluent
