Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt and effective solutions to technical issues. Your role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and providing excellent customer service to ensure end-user satisfaction. You'll work closely with IT teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
