Responsibilities

• Examine skin condition and recommend treatments for optimal results.
• Perform advanced procedures such as microdermabrasion and laser treatments.
• Track clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the training of junior staff and share knowledge.
• Participate in marketing events and client engagement activities.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 3 in Aesthetic Therapy or equivalent
• Specialist training in advanced skincare techniques preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in aesthetic services

Technical Skills

• Microneedling
• Skincare Consultation

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Aesthetic Practice Certificate
• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Membership with a professional beauty organisation: Being part of a recognised body in the beauty sector.
• Experience in a high-end salon: Prior experience working in a luxury skincare environment is preferred.
