Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Behaviour Analyst to join our team in London. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalised behavioural interventions for clients with various challenges. Your expertise will help foster a supportive environment that promotes client well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize behavioural data to inform treatment decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with families to ensure consistency in interventions across settings.
  • Supervise and mentor registered behaviour technicians (RBTs).
  • Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at improving client outcomes.
  • Attend training and workshops to remain up-to-date with best practices.
  • Engage in research activities to contribute to the field of behaviour analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology or Social Work
Experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges

Certifications
  • Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
