Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bisque Placer to join our dynamic team. As a Bisque Placer, you will be responsible for accurately placing bisque pieces onto kiln shelves, ensuring proper spacing and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uniform spacing and correct alignment of bisque pieces before firing.
• Identify and report any defects in bisque pieces.
• Follow protocols for safety and hygiene in the workplace.
• Keep the kiln area organised and free of hazards.
• Assist with kiln operations as necessary.
• Adhere to production timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Any relevant certifications or training in ceramics or a related field would be advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in ceramic production or related fields is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Physical stamina
• Basic knowledge of ceramics materials and techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
