Job Description

As a Chartered Accountant in our Reading office, you will manage client relationships and ensure compliance with accounting standards. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts and budgets.
• Respond to client inquiries and address any financial discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive financial plans.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and tax legislation.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements

Education

• ACCA or ACA qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
