Production Planner

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Planner to optimise our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will manage production schedules, ensure timely delivery of materials, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Optimise the production workflow to enhance overall efficiency.
• Conduct regular assessments of production processes for improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule downtime effectively.
• Perform root cause analysis for production delays and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices for production planning.
• Ensure that production targets are met while adhering to budget constraints.
• Assist in the development of new product launches by planning production requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Advanced degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Data Analysis Tools

Certifications

• Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
