Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Manufacturing Project Analyst to enhance our production efficiency and manage key projects within the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in project execution and delivery.
• Provide insights based on data to inform strategic manufacturing decisions.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial health.
• Facilitate training sessions on new processes and equipment.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
