Tool and Die Maker

Job Description

As a Tool and Die Maker at Precision Components Ltd, you will install, repair, and maintain dies on production machinery. Your expertise will help ensure that dies operate reliably to meet production targets and quality standards. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure dies are repaired in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Work with engineers to develop improved die designs.
• Assist in the implementation of new production technology.
• Participate in team meetings to address production challenges.
• Support a culture of safety and compliance within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma or relevant certification in Manufacturing Technology

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in die-making or tool design

Technical Skills

• Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Precision Measurement Tools

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
