Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to lead our Bournemouth store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will oversee staff training and development, implement marketing strategies, and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards in stock control and inventory management.

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Report to upper management on store performance and developments.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a retail management role
