Job Description

We are seeking an Information Systems Operator to oversee the management and maintenance of our computer systems. This pivotal role will ensure the organisation's IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems operate smoothly and securely.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on IT processes and systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
• Document system configurations and procedures for future reference.
• Respond promptly to system outages or failures, coordinating recovery efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant IT certifications are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or similar role
