Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Paper Stripper to join our team. As a Paper Stripper, you will be responsible for removing unwanted paper materials from various products through precise and careful stripping techniques. This role requires attention to detail and an ability to work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out paper stripping tasks on various surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Maintain a high standard of health and safety compliance.
• Monitor and assess the quality of stripped products.
• Report any quality issues or non-conformance to the supervisor.
• Assist in training junior team members in best practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Previous experience in paper stripping or related fields is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Basic math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Soft Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively within a team
• Physical stamina

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment: Experience in a similar field is advantageous.

• Experience operating industrial stripping equipment: Familiarity with tools used in paper stripping processes.
