Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and reliable individual to join our team as a Key Carrier. As a Key Carrier, you will be responsible for the opening and closing of our premises, ensuring security and safety protocols are followed at all times. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead a team will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the opening and closing processes of the store, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Assist in the management of inventory and help with stock replenishment.
• Provide leadership and support to team members, promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Assist the Store Manager with visual merchandising efforts.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Perform end-of-day cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Carry out any other tasks as required by management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in a retail or security-related field is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently

Languages

• English: Fluent
