Job Description

As a Locker Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests. Your role involves monitoring access, providing customer support, and ensuring the cleanliness of the locker room facilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors at the locker room.
• Ensure only authorised personnel have access to secure areas.
• Conduct regular patrols of locker and dressing room areas.
• Handle security breaches professionally and report them promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the locker room facilities.
• Assist with emergency drills and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Document incidents, providing detailed reports as necessary.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Stay informed about all facility rules and security protocols.
• Collaborate with the security team for overall safety.

Requirements

Education

• Any relevant vocational qualifications in security or hospitality are desirable.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures
• Experience with security equipment

Soft Skills

• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Strong problem-solving skills

Certifications

• Level 2 Award in Door Supervision

Languages

• English: Fluent
