Responsibilities
Deliver end-user support to ensure effective daily operations.
Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Assist with IT-related projects and initiatives.
Document all service requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Proactively assess and recommend hardware and software solutions.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and service upgrades.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Relevant IT certifications are an advantage
Experience
2+ years’ experience in a technical support role
