Responsibilities

• Help troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely feedback to users.
• Set up workstations and troubleshooting equipment for new staff.
• Update system documentation and user manuals.
• Assist in the deployment of new technology solutions.
• Support IT procurement activities, including ordering and receiving equipment.
• Participate in IT-related projects and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field

• Windows and Mac OS

• CompTIA A+
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
