As the Executive Secretary, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the President. This includes managing schedules, correspondence, and events while ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Oversee the President's schedule and ensure efficient time management.
Draft and proofread various communications and documents.
Plan and coordinate travel logistics for the executive team.
Provide support during meetings and assist in minute-taking.
Facilitate communication between the President and stakeholders.
Manage confidential files and documents with utmost discretion.
Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communications.
Support ad-hoc projects as directed by the executive team.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Experience
Prior experience in executive support roles or related administrative positions is preferred.
