Job Description
As an Insurance Operations Coordinator, you'll be integral to our mission of delivering exceptional insurance services. Based in Brighton, you will collaborate with various departments to improve workflows and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily functions of the insurance operations team.
Evaluate processes and make recommendations for improvement.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
Work with departments to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Prepare and analyse operational reports for management review.
Facilitate training sessions for new team members.
Support the implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
CII qualification preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in operations or insurance
