Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Control the operation of chemical processes, ensuring quality and safety.
  • Conduct inspections and monitor process variables.
  • Record production data accurately and regularly.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity.
  • Implement safety measures and report discrepancies.
  • Assist in training junior operators and new staff.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Perform basic maintenance on machinery as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational training in manufacturing processes is highly regarded
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar role preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
