Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Corporate Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This role involves promoting and implementing wellness programs and initiatives to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of our employees.
Responsibilities
Identify key wellness metrics and track progress towards goals.
Recruit and train wellness champions within departments.
Facilitate workshops on health promotion and stress management.
Coordinate with external vendors for wellness services.
Compile and present reports on wellness program outcomes to management.
Assist in designing marketing materials for wellness initiatives.
Promote mental health resources and support systems.
Create a monthly wellness calendar featuring activities and events.
Maintain a budget for wellness initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
Master's degree in Health Promotion or related field is a plus.
Experience
3 years of experience in corporate health and wellness coordination.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience using wellness platforms

Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
