Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead transformative projects in our Glasgow office. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Act as the point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Deliver project outcomes and assess project performance post-delivery.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project performance and efficiency.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and other agile ceremonies.
• Assist with project budgeting, procurement, and resource management.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Collaborate with product owners to define project requirements and deliverables.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or relevant field
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
• Agile Methodologies
• Budget Management

Languages
