Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Audio Production Assistant to support our production team in Kilmarnock. The ideal candidate will assist in audio recording, editing, and mixing for a variety of projects within the music and performing arts sectors.
Responsibilities
Liaise with artists to capture their audio vision accurately.
Document technical processes and troubleshooting methods.
Stay proactive in suggesting improvements for audio workflows.
Support training initiatives for new team members on audio systems.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Music or related field
Vocational training in audio technologies is a plus
Experience
Experience in live sound engineering is a plus
Technical Skills
Familiarity with digital audio mixing consoles
Basic understanding of MIDI protocols

Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
