Job Description

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and executing financial transactions. Your analytical skills will help in preparing detailed financial models and reports that will inform critical business decisions. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients, gaining invaluable exposure to the investment banking process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine financial models for mergers and acquisitions.
• Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in investment analysis or banking
