Job Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide top-tier administrative support to our CEO and senior executives, facilitating smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for the CEO and senior executives.
Organise meetings, events and travel itineraries.
Support the executive team in project management tasks.
Assist in the development of standard operating procedures.
Track and manage project timelines and deliverables.
Provide insightful research and analysis to assist decision-making.
Promote a positive office environment and enhance team collaboration.
Utilise office software efficiently to optimise work processes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in an administrative support role
