Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with a strong analytical background to provide valuable insights into our financial performance. You will play a key role in financial forecasting, budgeting, and developing financial models to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling efforts for new projects.
• Assess financial impacts of business decisions and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audit processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
• Engage in continuous process improvement within the finance function.
• Mentor junior analysts to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• CIMA or ACCA qualification is desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning or analysis

Technical Skills

• Financial reporting
• Budget management
• Financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Time management

Certifications

• CIMA or ACCA qualification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with ERP systems: Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning systems.
