• Repair and maintain a variety of photographic equipment.

• Keep detailed documentation of repair history and parts inventory.
• Provide customer service to ensure satisfaction with repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency.
• Stay abreast of new photographic technologies and products.
• Ensure all safety standards are met in repair work.
• Train new technicians in repair techniques and customer service.
• Support marketing efforts by sharing knowledge on equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree in Electronics or a related field
• Professional photography experience is an asset

Experience

• Five years of relevant experience in photographic equipment maintenance
