We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Swansea. The successful candidate will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests.
• Manage chronic diseases and optimize treatment plans.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Coordinate with specialists as necessary for comprehensive care.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare services.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development.
• Advocate for patients' health care needs and preferences.

Requirements

Education

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• MRCGP or equivalent postgraduate training preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in general practice or family medicine

Technical Skills

• Chronic Disease Management

• Teamwork
• Time Management

Advantageous

• Training in mental health: Background in mental health to support patients with behavioural health issues.
• Palliative care experience: Experience in providing palliative care for patients with terminal illnesses.
