Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Healthcare Administrator to join our team in London. This dynamic role involves managing patient records, coordinating appointments, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining efficient operations and enhancing patient experiences within our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

  • Input and update patient records accurately within the system.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as requested by management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of patient care programs.
  • Monitor and enhance patient satisfaction by addressing concerns.
  • Train and guide new administrative staff.
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Services or related discipline
  • Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role within healthcare
Technical Skills
  • Data Entry and Management
