As a Kiln Furniture Caster, you'll be responsible for the intricate process of producing and casting kiln furniture essential for pottery and ceramics production. Your meticulous attention to detail will help maintain the high standards of our product quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prep casting processes in accordance with production requirements.
• Mix and pour casting materials while ensuring precision.
• Handle kiln operation effectively throughout the curing process.
• Conduct quality checks on the finished products.
• Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of casting equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workplace and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training in ceramics
• Further qualifications in production processes are an advantage

Experience

• Experience with various kiln furniture materials (e.g., silicon carbide, cordierite) is advantageous.
