Job Description

As an Aircraft Structure Assembler, you will be essential in assembling parts and components that are integral to aircraft functionality. This role requires keen attention to detail, precision, and the ability to interpret complex assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards
• Coordinate with supervisors for effective workflow management
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals
• Document production activities accurately

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a relevant technical role is a strong preference

Technical Skills

• Experience with automated assembly machines

Advantageous

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles: Understanding of lean methodologies to improve assembly processes.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment: Awareness of health and safety protocols to ensure workplace safety.
• Experience with operating automated assembly machines: Hands-on experience with automation technologies in an assembly line.
